An elderly woman fell into a sump and died at Uppal. According to Uppal police sources 85-year-old B Kamlamma W/O, Gobaya, R/O Indira Nagar, Ramanthapur, suddenly fell into a sump and sustained serious injuries. She was rushed to the hospital where she died late at night. Uppal police have registered a case and investigations are underway.
