Governor ESL Narasimhan will host the national flag at Parade Ground in Secunderabad on the occasion of Republic Day on January 26 at 10.30 AM.
Speaking to media persons at the State Secretariat, Information & Public Relations Department Commissioner R V Chandravardhan informed that elaborate arrangements are being made at the Parade Grounds for the celebration of first Republic Day function in the State of Telangana. As many as 14 tableaus of different departments will be part of the Republic Day parade. Besides dignitaries including Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, about 1,000 students of different schools will be participating in the celebration, he said.
Elaborate arrangements are being made for security, seating and parking for the participants. (INN)
