Hyderabad: Elaborate arrangements would be made in the city of Hyderabad by the police department and stringent action will be taken against the mischief mongers indulged in miscreancy in the name of Gau Rakhsha. No one would be allowed to violate ban on cow slaughter however mischief mongers obstructing shifting of beef cattle would also not be spared.
Commissioner of Police Mr. M Mahender Reddy told this during a meeting held to review arrangements for Eid ul Azha to be held on September 12 and Ganesh Visarjan to be held on September 15.
Commissioner of Police Hyderabad further told that 20 check posts in Cyberabad limits and 15 in city limits will be set up to stop cow shifting.
