Abu Dhabi, May 26: An Abu Dhabi court sentenced eight teenagers to between three and seven years in prison after they were convicted of raping a 14-year-old boy, newspapers reported on Thursday.
The eight had kidnapped BAS, beat him up and raped him. They then filmed him naked and threatened to send his photographs to relatives and friends in case he reported them to the police.
The court also ordered the deportation of two expatriate defendants after serving their jail terms.
The papers did not mention the age of the defendants but said all of them are minors.
