Chirang/Hyderabad, November 30: As reported earlier, Siasat has begun providing educational aid to Assam victims through Siasat Millat Fund.
After announcing the collection of Siasat Millat fund for the victims of Assam, readers , philanthropists of India and abroad sent generous donations.
Siasat had prepared the road map after collecting the information regarding the needs of Muslim families in Assam through local leaders and Muslim organisations actively working in the affected districts of Assam. After which Siasat has decided to spend the fund on the educational development of the victims.
Earlier 4 centres were established and now four more centres inaugurated in the Chirang and Bilaspur areas of Assam for Muslim youths in which coaching has been arranged by expert teachers. Apart from this Siasat has also arranged training of various vocational courses for ladies, so that women can become self-sufficient.
The victims have welcomed the unique move and Siasat’s efforts for their educational development.
