Abu Dhabi, June 15: The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has issued a federal decree appointing a number of judges at the Federal Courts of Appeal in the second group.
The new judiciary members are: counsellor Mahmoud Abdul Rahman Jaballah and judges Hamada Hussein Abu Taleb, Hassan Ahmed Othman and Ahmed Omar Al Ahawal.
The decree also named Ihab Mohammed Rakhaya, Dr Khaled Mamdouh Mohammed, Ahmed Maher Abdul Azim and Khaled Shaher Darwish as judges at the Federal Courts of First Instance in the third group.
The new judges were sworn in today before the Minister of Justice, Dr Hadif bin Jowan Al Dhahiri.
