Hyderabad, February 27 (Zahed Farooqui): The celebrations of the birth anniversary of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) have reached at their peak as people came on road and have decorated homes, mosques, streets and bazaars with bunting, flags and lightings to express their reverence for the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
Several religious leaders took out Milad processions from different localities which reached Makkah Masjid roam around Charminar to Nayapul.
The dwellers of the twin cities of Hyderabad have displayed a large number of banners and posters all around inscribed with Quranic verses, ‘Hadiths’ and poetic verses.

Though in some areas of Hyderabad, the associates and party workers of different political parties and candidates have displayed banners and posters, the overall atmosphere for celebrating Eid Milad-un-Nabbi (Peace Be Upon Him) kept on gaining momentum.
Children, in particular are taking part in celebration with great zeal and enthusiasm as they are actively engaged in decorating their homes, mosques and nearby streets.
Besides, several groups of youth and children have been going door to door to collect funds for celebrating the event. They are also busy in erecting decorative doors and models of ‘Khana Ka’aba’ and ‘Roza-e-Rasool’ (Peace Be Upon Him) in their respective areas.
The shopkeepers have set up stalls of items related to Eid Milad celebrations such as stickers, badges, bunting and flags. While some of them have displayed banners and models of ‘Khana Ka’aba’ and of ‘Roza-e-Rasool’ in front of their shops.
