New Delhi, July 25: Darul Uloom Deoband in its press note said that certain communal organizations are trying to defame the institution by sending fake e-mails and by using Internet. It is an organized conspiracy to deface the reputation of this world famous Muslim institution.
A fake organization by name “Tahreek-e-Talibaan-e-Hindustan” issued an e-mail claiming that India never belonged to the Hindus. It was governed by the Muslims for centuries.
We demand that Muslim concentrated areas should be governed by the Mulsims. Non-Mulims living in such localities should pay Jazia tax. This organization is misusing the name of Darul-Uloom Deoband which is totally false. Maulana Abul Kasim Nomani said that the institution has a grand history of national integration. It has offered sacrifices during Freedom Struggle. He appealed to the C.I.D. to take action against it.
