Hyderabad, April 14: The Election Commission of India issued notification for the election of three Legislative Council seats today.
Chief Electoral Officer IV Subba Rao told newsmen here today that the elections would be held for two seats from Hyderabad Local Bodies Authorities constituencies and for one seat of Rangareddy district Local Authorities constituency. The Hyderabad constituencies consists of 223 voters and 65 exofficio members like MPs, MLAs, MLCs and ZPTCs. Two polling booths would be provided for these constituencies, he said. The CEO said that in Rangareddy constituency there are about 592 voters along with 414 ex-officio members.
