Ingredients:
• 2 ½ lb lean lamb chopped into 1 inch pieces
• 1 cup chicken broth
• ½ cup orange juice
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 15-20 mushrooms
• 10-15 medium-sized onions
• 20 cherry tomatoes
• 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• ½ teaspoon rosemary
• Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
• In a mixing bowl, pour the combination of orange juice, lemon juice and chicken broth over the lamb pieces.
• To this, add the oil, garlic, rosemary, mushrooms, tomatoes and chopped onions. Sprinkle the salt and pepper and then allow this to marinate for several hours or overnight.
• Assemble alternate pieces of the lamb, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms into wooden skewers and broil for 15-20 minutes. However, keep in mind to turn the skewers every 5 minutes for uniform preparation.

Ingredients:
• 3 bananas cut and peeled into small pieces (1 inch pieces)
• 3 peaches cut into 1 inch pieces
• 3 apples cored and cut into 1 inch pieces
• A can of pineapple chunks
• 12-13 strawberries
• 3 tablespoon of olive oil
• 3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ cup of chopped fresh mint
Preparation:
• In a small mixing bowl, add the lime juice, sugar, oil, mint and cinnamon and continue mixing until all the sugar dissolves
• For preparing the kebabs, add alternate fruit pieces into wooden skewers and brush a little with the sugar mixture.
• Place this inside the grill for about 5-7 minutes until all the fruits become light brown in color.
