EAMCET on May 2

Hyderabad: EAMCET 2016 will be conducted on May 2. The candidates can submit applications online from February 28 to March 28.
Releasing the EAMCET 2016 Schedule here on Wednesday, Telangana State Council of Higher Education Chairman Papi Reddy said a notification will be issued on February 25. The candidates can download their applications from April 24 to 30 and can make corrections if any from April 3 to 13. Applications will be accepted with late fee of Rs 500 by April 3, Rs 1000 fine by April 13, Rs 5000 fine by April 22 and Rs 10,000 late fee till April 29. The Engineering examination will be held for three hours from 10 am to 1 pm while Medicine and Agriculture examinations will be conducted from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, he added.
Papi Reddy said key will be announced on May 3, objections will be accepted by May 9 and ranks will be announced on May 12. It was decided to collect at Rs 250 fee for SC and ST while other categories have to pay Rs 500. The Government made elaborate arrangements for the EAMCET 2016 examinations, he said. (NSS)
