Deputy Commissioner Income Tax department Mr. Jai Prakash was caught red-handed by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) while accepting Rs. 2 lakh bribe. The complainant Boma Goud approached CBI and lodged a complaint against Deputy Commissioner Income Tax, Kareem Nagar alleging harassment for bribe.
Acting upon the complaint CBI caught Jai Prakash red-handed . Apart from him Inspector Income Tax department Ramu and auditor Shiv Kumar were also arrested. Today they will be produced before the court.
