Deputy Chief Minister (Revenue) Mohammed Mahmood Ali on Monday convened the convergence meeting involving all concerned departments to discuss the arrangements to be made for the forthcoming Jamat-e-Islami Hind Ijthema at Pahadi Shareef from 11th to 14th December.
The Deputy CM instructed all the concerned to put in 100% efforts for successful completion of this Ijthema, wherein more than 10,000 people are expected to participate from across the country. He instructed all concerned officials to visit to assess the needs and plan accordingly for smooth organizing and completion of the Ijthema. On Tuesday, under the leadership of Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy district, all concerned department officials will be visiting the place of Ijthema.
He also congratulated all the departments and officials on successful completion of the Tabligh-e-Jamaat Ijthema which was attended by more than eight lakh people.
RR District Joint Collector Rajit Kumar Saini, DRO Dharma Reddy, RDO Saroornagar J. Sudhakar Rao, Shamshabad DCP A.R. Srinivas and other officials were present in the meeting. Jamaat-e-Islami Hind officials Md. Zahed Baig, Md. Azeemuddin, Abdul Basith Shakeel and Abdul Moeed were also present. (INN)
