Dy CM favours quality education

Deputy Chief Minister, Kadiam Srihari today said that efforts are being made to give confidence to parents by offering better education at the government schools.

         

 Inaugurating training classes for head masters and teachers at Social welfare Gurukul school in Serilingampally by British Council here Sirhari asked the teaching community to work at that direction. We are trying its best to remodel its schools to excel the private schools he said. Despite the Centre and State governments offering free education the people of a view that the government schools could not offer quality education he said. This perception among the parents and the people should go only with coordinated efforts by the teaching community for better quality education he appealed. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is for strengthening the education sector by setting up 250 gurukul schools this academic year he said. The students of Gurukul Schools getting better ranks than that of the private school students and show improved results in future, he added. (NSS)
