Leaders of State Teachers Union Telangana State Messrs Chanduri Raji Reddy president and B Bhujang Rao general secretary in a joint press statement told that a delegation comprising of the leaders of the said union called on Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Muhammad Mahmood Ali and apprised him of the problems faced by Urdu medium teachers of government schools.
The delegation demanded to resolve their problems on war footing. They urged to issue orders by taking immediate measures regarding 25 major affairs, which include filling up of vacant posts, filling up of reserved vacancies with open category candidates, provision of in-service training and material in Urdu, setting up of separate cell in SCERT for Urdu, change of time table during Ramadan-ul-Mubarak etc.
