Hyderabad: Item song dancer, Mumaith Khan who is also part of Bigg Boss House has been served notice to appear before SIT for interrogation in connection with drug mafia case.
In view of this, Mumaith Khan has to cut short her program in Telugu Bigg Boss House situated at Lonawala to rush to Hyderabad for quizzing by SIT.
It may be noted that she has to appear before SIT of Excise Department on 27th July for the ongoing probe to find out the links of Tollywood and drug mafia.
Speaking on this issue, Mr. Akun Sabharwal, Director of Excise Dept. said that the actress will have to appear before the SIT in Hyderabad.
However, she will have the facility to opt for a convenient place for interrogation. It may be mentioned that all male accused are being quizzed at Abkari Bhavan at Nampally.
Although Mumaith is forced to cut short her program in Bigg Boss House, she can continue the program after quizzing.
Till now, SIT completed interrogation of Director Puri Jagannath, Cinematographer Shyam K Naidu and Actor Subbaraju.
