Dudekula community demands change from BC-B to BC-E group

Telangana State Noor Basha Dudekula BC, Muslim Minority Welfare Association president MD Ahmed Mohiuddin, State  working president Fakir Saheb today demanded that the State government to initiate immediate steps to transfer Dudekula community from BC-B to BC-E.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Monday, MD Ahmed Mohiuddin and Fakir Saheb said various Dudekula community groups like Sattar Saheb, Fakir Saheb and Babjani groups merged into one group  and Fakir Saheb of Khammam district was elected as State working president and Md Ahmed Mohiuddin of Karimnagar district was unanimously elected as State committee president.

The Dudekula community leaders said they would form a State committee soon and urge the Stae government to shift the Dudekula community from BC-B group to BC-E group immediately. Stating that the Dudekula Corporation was confined to the paper for name sake, they demanded that the government transfer Rs 500 crore from Muslim Federation and Minority Corporation to Dudekula Federation and appoint executive committee. They also urged the Chief Minister to allot a five-acre land and required funds for construction of a Dudekula Muslim Bhavan in the State capital.

As the Dudekula community people constitute half of the Muslim Minority population in the State, the State government should give nominated posts like MLC, Rajya Sabha member, corporation chairmen and so on, they demanded.
