The Du Ba Du programme conducted by Siasat daily for settlement of matrimonial alliances is fast gaining popularity. Witnessing the successful conduct of the programme, office bearers of Seerat Zehra Committee called on Mr. Zahed Ali Khan, editor Siasat, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan managing editor Siasat and congratulated them for successful conduct of the programme. Besides that they urged to conduct separate Du Ba Du programme for Shia community and to provide registration facility so as to provide convenience to Shia boys and girls to select matches.
During their meeting with Mr. Zahed Ali Khan and Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, president Seerat Zehra Committee Mr. Ali Raza, Faraz Razvi, Mir Aijaz Ali, Mir Qasim Ali Basith, Syed Kaif Husain and Syed Dilawar Husain told that selection of bride and groom has become a difficult task but Siasat has solved the problem through Du Ba Du programme.
They revealed that Shia community too faces such kind of problems hence they requested to provide separate facility to them.
