(Siasat News) Minister of Education, Mr. Parthasarthi told that Govt. is prepared to promote physical education teachers and language pundits. He was addressing the state teachers awards function at Ravindra Bharathi on the occasion of Teahcers’ day. He informed that so far (60-70) thousand teachers have been appointed through DSC. He told that out of 4 lakh teachers, only 100 teachers have been selected for state awards. He further told that the teachers have a specific place in society. He advised the teachers to concentrate more on student problems. He applauded the efforts of the teachers who got the award and said that they have more responsibilities.
