Ingredients:
Mixed dry fruits – lcup
 Curds – 1 cup
 Tomato puree – lcup
 Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
 Chilli powder – 1 tsp
 Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
 Dhania powder – 2 tsp
 Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
 Oil – 4 tsp
 Salt to taste
For garnishing:
Grated paneer – little
 Coriander leaves-little
Grind Seperately:
Cashewnuts – 15
 Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp (Soak it in hot water for 10 – 20 minutes)
Method:
1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, fry the dry fruits lightly and keep aside.
 2. Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan. add cumin seeds and garam masala, fry for a few seconds and add curd and ground poppy seed paste.
 3. Fry again till the oil seperates.
 4. Add tomato puree and cashewnut paste and stir for some time. Add 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
 5. Then add the dry fruits and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes on a medium heat.
 6. Springle coriander leaves and paneer.Sreve hot with puris.
