Washington : Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman, who recently parted ways with each other, said that they are going to make kids their top priority.
Following news of their split on April 1 , the 41-year-old actress and her husband issued a statement on April 2, reports E! Online.
Parents to daughters Olive aged three and Frankie, who will turn two later this month stated, “Sadly our family is separating legally, although we do not feel this takes away from us being a family.”
“Divorce might make one feel like a failure, but eventually you start to find grace in the idea that life goes on. Our children are our universe, and we look forward to living the rest of our lives with them as the first priority,” they added.
Reportedly, the two were “living separately” and that “over the past few months, things seem to be up and down with the couple.” (ANI)
