Under the auspices of Maulana Azad Club in collaboration with Dr. Zore Foundation and Dept. of Urdu of Maulana Azad National Urdu University, first Dr. Zore Memorial lecture will be arranged at 10:30 a.m. on 25th December at Turab Ali Hall of Salarjung Museum. The top of the lecture is “Dr. Zore, Mohsin-e-Urdu”. This lecture will be delivered by Dr. Syed Taqi Abidi of Canada. Prof. Mohammed Miyan, Vice Chancellor of Maulana Azad National Urdu University has been invited as Chief Guest. Noted intellectual and historian, Dr. Mohammed Zia Uddin Shakaib will preside over the lecture. Prof. Mohammed Miyan will also inaugurate Dr. Abidi’s book “Faiz Shinasi” on the occasion. Dr. Zore’s daughter, Ms. Tasneem Zore, Son Mr. Syed Mohammed Rafiuddin Quadri, Chairman, Dr. Zore Foundation, Prof. Fatima Begum Parveeen (OU) and Dr. Abul Kalam,Head of the Dept. of Urdu, MANUU will be the guests of honour. All the lovers of Dr. Zore are invited to attend the function.
