Dr. Vizarat Rasool Khan passed away: A great loss to Muslim community

Dr. Mohammed Vizarat Rasool Khan founder and chairman Shadan Group of Educational Institutions passes away after prolonged illness. Born on 22nd December 1946 Dr. Khan was survived by wife Mrs.Shadan Vizarat Rasool Khan and four sons.

Recently Dr. Vizarat Rasool Khan has undergone treatment at Apollo hospital for almost 50 days.

He was discharged from hospital 15 days back and again readmitted after staying at house for 30 days recently.

He was instrumental in setting up Deccan Medical college and Deccan engineering college and various other institution of Darusalam educational trust in 1984 and after parting way with MIM we has set up his own education empire.

The news of his sad demise created sorrow among Muslims, as the services rendered by Dr. Khan in educational field for the past 3 decades were remarkable. He established 56 educational institutions right from KG to PG.

More than 20,000 students are enrolled in his colleges from KG TO PG courses through out the state.

He has set up the largest network of educational institution among Muslims in India in recent past which includes 24 Engineering colleges ,2 Medical colleges and hospitals .

Its reliable learnt that another 2 Medical colleges and Hospital are in pipeline and a dental college are in process of getting recognition with Govt of India.

One of the greatest achievement is setting up of first Muslim medical college and hospital for Girls after independence.

His greatest ambition was setting up a autonomous minoirity university for which he has been striving hard for the past 4-5 years.
