Dr. M S Goud has been appointed as Zone Regent of South Zone India, Sri Lanka and Nepal section of International College of Dentists. Dental surgeon Dr. Goud has been unanimously elected as Zone Regent. Dr. M S Goud is the first dental surgeon of
