Dr. Kafeel Khan’s younger brother, Kashif Jameel was shot at. He was seriously injured after receiving three bullets.
Dr. Kafeel Khan said that three bullets were shot at his brother. In the attack, Kashif Jameel was injured at throat, arm and chin. After the incident, he was rushed to city hospital.
Dr. Kafeel Khan alleged that he had an apprehension that some people might make an attempt to kill him. He further stated that two unidentified motorcyclists attacked his brother.
Police registered a case and started investigations.

It may be mentioned that recently, Dr. Kafeel Khan was released on bail from jail. He was earlier arrested in the case of children’s death at Gorakhpur Govt. Hospital.
