Prof. R. Nageshwar Rao, Director, Directorate of Academic Audit, OU attended as the chief guest and Prof. V. Vishwa Mohan, Professor of Library & Information Science, OU presided over the function.
Various issues about Dr. B. Sathaiah’s life have been described in his Book. His contributions to the University Library and the developments in his tenure have been explained in his Book.
