A 22-year-old woman died of burn injuries which she suffered after setting herself ablaze at her residence in Bholakpur of Musheerabad.
According to Gandhinagar police, the deceased B Madhavi @ Hemalatha (22) an Housewife W/o Bheemraj, she had allegedly setting her ablaze at her residence on sunday, immediately she was rushed to Gandhi Hospital for treatment where she died on late night hours.
Deceased husband and mother in law Shivamma allegedly being mentally and physically harassed for additional dowry for last few months, deceased taking extreme step of suicide set ablaze herself and ended her life over it.
Madhavi married with Bheemraj in the year May 2011.
Gandhinagar police shifted the dead to Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to her relatives and registered a case of harrasment under section 304 B and began investigations.
