Mumbai, August 05: Its going to be top prize for Bollywood actress Kajol as her family has planned a godh bharai ceremony for her today when the actress enters into her 35 year.
Kajol’s mom cum veteran actress Tanuja and her in-laws have planned the joint celebration to take place on the same day in the presence of the family member and close relatives.
Kajol quips, “This birthday is extra special for me, my husband (Ajay Devgn) my daughter (Nysa), my mother, my sister and my parents-in-law are happy because I’m carrying my second child. And everyone around me is especially excited about the addition to the family.’’
Kajol’s Tanishaa also felt that the day is apt for a double celebration as she informs, “As per the custom, mom will present her a saree and will perform a puja. Mom will also cook food for Kajol following the ritual. All of us will be in the traditional attire on the day”.
Tanisha further added that there will be a cake cutting ceremony for Kajol as she has planned a huge fruit cake for her doting sister. She has even brought a gift in advance from Greece during her recent visit there.”
This year Kajol will be receiving a custom-made gift from the best friend Karan Johar, who is releasing her movie We Are Family on September 3 barely a month away from her birthday.
