‘Don’t you know my power’: BJP MLA threatens woman bureaucrat

AGRA: A BJP MLA in Uttar Pradesh’s Agra was caught on camera threatening a woman bureaucrat for doing their official duty.

In the video, Udaybhan Chaudhary, an MLA from Fatehpur Sikri was seen shouting at Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Garima Singh who had gone to meet him over farmer issues.

“Don’t you know I am an MLA? How dare you talk to me like that? Don’t you realise my power, the power of democracy?’ Chaudhary is seen yelling at Singh while she listens quietly.

This is not the first incident of BJP lawmakers stroking a controversy. Earlier, a BJP leader and Uttarakhand’s MLA misbehaved with a lady police officer in Rudrapur.
