Don’t conclude Muslims behind city blasts: Muslim front

SC, ST, BC, Muslim Front has demanded that the State government impose restrictions on the electronic and print media for guessing that only Muslim youth might be behind the twin bomb blasts at Dilsukhnagar on February 21. It appealed to the government to ensure all services and payment of ex gratia for every injured and bereaved families of the deceased.

Speaking to the media here on Sunday, Front member Prof. Anwar Khan faulted the TV channels for showing hostile attitude towards Muslims in the name of Islamic terrorism and propagating unauthentic, biased and imaginary reports. He condemned the media for attempting to create hatred towards Muslims.

Welcoming Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde’s initiative to hand over the investigation to the NIA, NSG and SIT, Prof. Anwar Khan hoped that investigation would be conducted impartially and expose the real culprits like the Mecca Masjid bomb blast in 2007 belonged to RSS.

The front members Muneeruddin Majahid, Rasheed Khan Azad, Muneer Pasha, Sajjad Hussain, Pujari Narsing Rao and others appealed to the government to punish the real culprits and save the secular fabric of the country.
