Khatauli: Khatauli BJP MLA, Vikram Saini has once again made a provocative statement saying those who don’t chant Vande Mataram or Bharat Mata ki Jai are Pakistani. On the occasion of UP Day at the end of his provocative address at District Panchayat Conference Hall, MLA Vikram Saini asked the public representatives and officers present there to chant Bharat Mata ki Jai and Vande Mataram. When the voice was low, he said ‘have you developed an ulcer in your mouth?’ He forced them to chant the slogan thrice and said if this time anyone doesn’t chant the slogan he is a Pakistani. His remark shocked the public representatives and officers.
BJP MLA Vikram Saini is known for his provocative remarks and hatemongering. He is emboldened as no action is taken against him.
