Dolphin Offshore pockets order worth Rs 106 crore

Mumbai, June 23: Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has notified that it has received an order worth Rs 106 crore from M/s. Instrumentation Ltd for Structural Modification work at unmanned platforms in MH for deployment of Modular rig on turn key basis.

The contract, which is scheduled to commence shortly, is expected to be completed by May 2011. Last month, the company bagged an order worth $18.45 million from Leighton India for hire of charter vessel DP/DSV.

Mumbai-based Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited provides offshore oilfield services to the oil and gas industry in India and internationally.

The company’s net profit rose 14.9% to Rs 13.51 crore on 14.4% rise in net sales 119.48 crore in Q4 March 2009 over Q4 March 2008.

The shares of the company today ended the day at Rs 269, up 3% compared to its previous close of Rs 260. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 314 on 26 May 2009 and a 52-week low of Rs 105.60 on 27 October 2008.
