New Delhi: Seeing the trend of rich Indians leaving the country, the question arises, “What are the reasons behind it?”
According to a report by South African market research agency “New Wealth World”, in 2017, around 7000 dollar millionaires left India, The Quint reported.
It may be noted that from 2015 to 2017, around 17000 dollar millionaires left the country.
Total people who migrated to Dubai, Singapore, UK and other countries during 2015-17 are 2 to 5 lakh.
Migration of rich Indians is a cause for concern. Now, the question arises, “Why are they leaving India?”. Are they tax evaders or businessmen looking for better opportunities in other countries?
Why are many Indian MNCs investing more in other countries? Are they not getting enough opportunity to flourish their business in India?
