A team of doctors successfully removed 7 cm tumour of a 15-year-old boy. On the occasion Dr. Shashikant MD Senior Consultant and Head of the Department ENT hand and neck surgery Citizens’ Hospital Cyberabad along with Dr. Ateequr Rahman Consultant International Neurologist, Dr. Ajay Reddy Consultant Neurologist and Dr. Sundeep told that the tumour spread from nose to lower part of the brain has been removed through endoscopy. Angioplasty was done to ensure minimum blood loss. Dr. Ateequr Rahman told that such tumours are uncommon in elder persons. It can develop among teenagers however such cases are seen in one among the population of 1 lakh.
