Hyderabad: In a gruesome incident occurred in the city, a doctor was murdered in his clinic. According to sources Dr. Syed Mairajuddin was visiting his clinic to attend his patients at Mallepally, when he was allegedly killed by his brother-in-law. The incident created panic in the area.
On receipt of information, Humayun Nagar police rushed to the spot. Assistant Commissioner of police, Asif Nagar Mohammed Ghouse Mohiuddin told that recently Dr. Mairajuddin had performed his third marriage. It is believed that his brother-in-law was enraged over his third marriage and both had altercations.
Police suspect that doctor’s brother-in-law Azam who is an electric contractor might be behind the murder. According to sources Azam surrendered before police, but the police have not confirmed this.
Humayun Nagar police has registered a case in this connection and began investigations.
