Hyderabad, August 15: A 25-year-old doctor hanged herself to death at her hostel room in Osmania General Hospital. According to police, A Lakshmi from Nellore, fell in love with her colleague Harshavardhan (25), while pursuing her MBBS. Both of them got married nine months ago. Harshavardhan is from Chandragiri in Chittoor.
The couple were staying in Room No 218 of the PG hostel of the OGH. According to Afzalgunj police inspector K Chandrasekhar Reddy, the couple were having differences since a past few days. On Sunday evening, when her husband was away from the room, Lakshmi locked herself in the room and hanged herself. Police rushed her to the hospital where she was declared dead.
