Ghaziabad, July 15: A doctor and his compounder were arrested last night after they tried to molest a girl admitted in the ICU ward of the Yoshada hospital here.
Police said the girl, a student of an engineering college here, was admitted to the ICU ward of the Yoshada hospital in Aryangar locality last night after she consumed poison.
The family members of the girl however, alleged that the doctor and the compounder tried to assault her.
Police immediately swung into action and arrested the doctor and the compounder. Investigation was underway.
Meanwhile, the hospital authorities said the allegation of the family was false as no such incident took place.
