Hyderabad: Once again, the issue of division of Section Officers of Secretariat is likely to become controversial. It is understood that Dept. of Personnel and Training of Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs is likely to hold a video conference today wherein detailed discussions are likely on the issue of division of Section Officers in A.P. and Telangana Secretariats.
Sources indicated that Chief Secretary of Telangana State, Mr. Rajiv Sharma raised an objection for posting Section Officers belonging to A.P. in Telangana. It is understood that 84 Section Officer belong to Andhra Region. 41 of them have already been transfer to A.P. Secretariat. 60 Section Officers of A.P. have desired to continue their services in Telangana State. This issue is likely become controversial in the proposed video conference scheduled to be held today.
