District Educational Officer, Nalgonda District was caught red handed by the ACB Officials at Thursday morning hours at his residence, when he demanded and accepted an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) as bribe from the complainant, for doing an official favor i.e. “Reward for revoking suspension orders of the complainant issued on March 5, 2014 and showing favor to the complainant in pending enquiry”.
Bribe amount of Rs. 30,000 was recovered from him. The accused officer has been arrested and will be produced before the Honorable Ist Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad. (INN)
