Mohammedia Educational Society in collaboration with Siasat Urdu Daily organized one month summer coaching programme at Masjid Ahle Hadith, Karwan. Training classes were arranged for students to train them in spoken English, Computer basics and Islamic education. After the training camp, a test was conducted. The students who passed the test were given certificates by Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor Siasat.
The function was presided over by Mr. Abubaker Bin Ewaz Bin Mahfooz, President of the Managing Committee of the mosque. Mr. Amer Ali Khan congratulated the successful students and encouraged them to excel in modern education in order to eradicate poverty and unemployment. He mentioned that the movement launched by Siasat career guidance and free coaching is yielding fruitful results. More than 6000 candidates trained by Siasat were recruited as police constables. In addition to this, Muslims are provided help in the fields of I.T and education Mr. Amer Ali Khan assured that whenever the residents of this locality need any help in the fields of education, Siasat will always be ready to help them.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Osman Bin Mohammed Al-Hajiri advised the students not to waste their precious time in useless gossiping sitting on the terraces of their houses. They can utilize this time for any fruitful activity. They should be regular in offering prayers five times. He lamented that very few Muslims go to mosques for offering morning prayers. There is a need for us to offer prayers five times a day.
Imam of the Masjid Mr. Sirajur Rahman advised the students to associate themselves with Islam and to give up trivial activities. President of the function, Mr. Abubaker Bin Ewaz alias Asad Chaoosh distributed cash awards to the students. He hoped that he would be able to cooperate with the mosque committee in future also. Mr. Syed Omer secretary of the Managing Committee of the mosque, Mr. Mohammed Iqbal and Mr. Mohammed Asad Khan made all the arrangements for the function. Mr. Ali Hussain Khan thanked all the audience and the guests.
