The demand to remove Chief Minister Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy is getting increased. Telangana leaders represented to Mr. Digvijay Singh to dismiss the C.M. immediately on his anti-Telangana attitude. Mr. Digvijay Singh asked the Telangana leaders to send the complete video recording of C.M’s press conference along with its English translation in which he had opposed the formation of Telangana State in Telugu. Telangana leaders are hopeful that this time the opposition of Telangana will cost dearly to Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy. They also expect that Congress High Command will take a decision very soon to replace Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy. Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao had also said openly that Congress High Command will take a decision about continuing Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy as C.M. of A.P. before 6th October. The Seema Andhra supporters of Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy have started their efforts to remove the displeasure of Congress High Command. It is reported that Seema Andhra ministers are formulating a strategy to stop Congress High Command to take any action against Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Authentic sources revealed that several representations are being made to Congress High Command to dismiss Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy. Some Ministers are of the opinion that the remarks made by the C.M. were not appropriate. These remarks might irritate Congress High Command. They have advised the C.M. to be careful in future about making any remarks on Telangana. It is reported that Mr. P. Satyanarayana, Ms. G. Aruna Kumari, Mr. Parthasarthi, Mr. K. Murli Mohan and other ministers met the C.M. and discussed about this issue. It is also reported that C.M. has told his supporters to clarify his position before Congress High Command and give an impression that media has distorted his speech. The supporters of Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy do not want the Congress High Command to take any action against Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy before the decision of formation of Telangana is implemented. These ministers have an impressing that Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy has been successful in winning the hearts of the people of Seema Andhra by supporting their agitation and making remarks against the formation of Telangana but these remarks have irritated Mr. Digvijay Singh. Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy had even said that Mr. Digvijay Singh will not continue as in charge of A.P. Affairs permanently. Many Seema Andhra leaders raised objections about these remarks of the C.M. and said that it may damage the cause of integrated A.P. State.
