Job Description:
ROLE: Director of Professional Development
Managing and Developing Competencies/Business
Anticipate and predict competencies to run future business
Create and run readiness programs to build competencies
Create a culture of learning and growth
Team with consultants to own pre-sales activities and win projects
Recruiting and inducting new staff
Look at recruiting the right talent for Neudesic
Liaise with clients, project managers, recruitment managers and top management to chalk out and recruit talent
Keep the talent motivated and excited for the run up to joining Neudesic
Induct consultants into projects through their employment at Neudesic.
Meeting Talent Requirements
Actively work with Client Managers, Account Managers to understand current and future staffing requirements and fulfill them
Actively look at project replacements, resignations, roll offs, performance issues and onboarding on projects
Groom talent and resumes for opportunities
Enabling Good Performance
Provide clear guidance, instruction, advice or coaching for the job.
Be accessible. Empathize. Facilitate growth of
Identify mentorship and mentee avenues for consultants
Ensuring healthy project utilization of consultants
Performance Reviews, progression
Constantly provide feedback from all quarters
Coach for targets and goals
Aim for promotions and progression
Help achieve personal growth goals of Consultants
Retention & Outgrowth
Identify plans to retain key talent
Identify laggards and improve performance or outgrow
Employment Details:
Leaves – 25 paid leaves provided annually
Work location – Hyderabad (100% Work from office, no work from home)
Travel – Expected to travel when required. Minimal travel anticipated.
Reporting structure – Reporting to VP Asia Pacific. About 20-30 consultants will report into this role
