Elico is hiring freshers for Medical Billing (AR CALLING – Night Shift) process for our Healthcare Services Division.
Role: Process Associate Trainees (AR Calling – Voice Process)
Qualification & Specifications:
*Any Graduates upto 2015 Pass outs (Post Graduation Not required)
*The Candidate should have good communication and analytical skills
*The candidate should have good attitude.
*Ready to give commitment of minimum 2 and half years.
*6 months training is provided.
*Ready to work in Night Shifts
Note: Candidates who are pursuing final year or having backlogs are not eligible.
Job-Description:
* Call to the insurance companies responsible for the outstanding balances on patient accounts from the aging reports. *Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with internal and external clients.
*Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
*Convincing the Insurance companies for payment of their outstanding claims.
* To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
Interview Details: Interested candidates can walk-in for written test and Interviews on any working day (Excluding Sunday) from 8th Feb 2016 to 13th Feb 2016 b/w 10am to 7pm.
