Mumbai: Actress of “Sasural Simar Ka”, Dipika Kakar celebrated her first Eid-al-Fitr along with her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim. The actress also shared photo and video on Instagram.

In the video, Shoaib can be seen taking selfie along with Dipika. Shoaib also shared a picture with his wife and wrote, “Pehli eid ki pehli mehndi…#shoaikakieid”.
After the couple posted pictures on social media, few netizens started trolling and abusing the actress.
According to the report published in Hindustan Times, reacting to the trolls, the actress said that why she should give an explanation for her personal decisions? She also questioned, why do you expect me to live as per your terms and condition? No one has right to abuse or slam me, she added.
She further said that where were these “concerned people” when she was going through a difficult phase of her life.
Talking about the way she handles haters, the actress said that she just block them.
Talking about the decision of the actress to convert to Islam, Shoaib said that it was her personal decision. He further added that his family is a liberal one and Dipika has the freedom to choose her religion.
Earlier, the couple had visited Haji Ali Dargah. After visiting the dargah, they had shared pictures on Instagram.
It may be mentioned that the couple got married on 21st February this year.
