MUMBAI: An iftar video of Dipika Kakar from Sasural Simar Ka celebrating first Ramzan post marriage with Shoaib Ibrahim sitting with family while waiting to break their fast has gone viral on social networking sites.

TV’s reel and now real-life couple got married on February 22, 2018, in Shoaib’s hometown Bhopal. During wedding, Dipika got converted to Islam and changed her name to Faiza. She has been well received by Shoaib’s family.
Dipika has particularly bonded well with her mother-in-law. She, even posted quite an emotional message for her whom she addresses as ‘ammi (Mom).’
She wrote, “Thank you Ammi for giving me all the love… for making me believe that I am your 3rd child…that I’m not your daughter-in-law…infact your daughter….I love you and I always will… Happy Mothers Day Ammi!!! PS sorry.”
