Mumbai: Supreme Court of India has supported the suggestion to commission the services of an arbitrator to resolve the property case of legendary actor, Dilip Kumar.
According to the details, Dilip Kumar has a very valuable property at Pali Hill in Bandra, Mumbai. He had entered into a conflict with a real estate developer for which Supreme Court suggested that it would be better if an arbitrator is appointed.
Justice J. Chalameshwar and Justice S. Abdul Qadeer of Supreme Court reserved their judgment on the petition filed by the real estate institution, Ajeeta Developers Pvt. Ltd. The judges opined that the real estate institution wants to appoint an arbitrator but it would be better if an arbitrator is appointed by them.
Senior Advocate, Mr. P. Chidambaram is pleading the case of the real estate developer whereas Mr. Mukul Rohatgi is pleading for Dilip Kumar.
