Dilip Kumar hospitalised

Mumbai, September 10: Legendary actor Dilip Kumar, who was hospitalised on Thursday following complications owing to urinary infection, is stable now. Hospital authorities have confirmed that the thespian is on the road to recovery and there is no reason to worry.
 
“His condition is stable and one need not worry about anything. He is in the ward,” an official at the Indraprastha Apollo Hospital said.

The veteran who has acted in classic films like `Devdas`, `Mughl-e-Azam`, `Naya Daur`, `Ganga Jamuna` and `Leader` was admitted to the Apollo Hospital in New Delhi after his condition worsened.

“He is improving and we are keeping a strict watch to avoid any complications,” the official added.
