“It was on their (Telangana Police) information that MP Police arrested accused who were responsible for the bomb blast in train in Shajapur District of MP. It also resulted in Saifullaha encounter in Kanpur the same day,” Singh said in another tweets.

He questioned CM K Chandrashekhara Rao and said,”Has he authorized Telangana police to trap Muslim Youths and encourage them to join ISIS?”
Is It Ethical ? Is it Moral ? Has KCR authorised Telangana Police to trap Muslim Youths and encourage them to join ISIS ?

He further wrote that if KCR has authorised his cops to do so, then he should own responsibility and must resign from his post.
If he has then shouldn't he own the responsibility and resign ?

Digvijaya also said if KCR has not authorised, then he should enquire the matter and punish to those who are responsible for committing this heinous crime.

Last month, a man named Saifullah, a “self-radicalised” youth suspected to have been influenced by the IS was killed by the UP ATS after a 12-hour stand-off in the wake of the Ujjain- Bhopal train blast.
