Dialogue ‘drama’ with Pak must stop, says Shiv Sena

Bhopal: The Shiv Sena on Friday dubbed the talks with Pakistan as ‘drama’ and asserted that all dialogue must be stopped as it has been the main reason behind soldiers being martyred on the border.

“The DG-level talks are on, the NSA talks were cancelled, our foreign secretary also meet even the prime ministers have met but the relation between India and Pakistan has not improved. This drama must stop,” Sena leader Sanjay Raut told ANI here.

“Till this drama doesn’t stop, our soldiers continue to die on our own soil. We call them martyrs but regrettably they die without fighting a war,” he added.

Raut further said that India has been talking to Pakistan for last 60 years but it has not benefitted the country in any way.

“Every day we get the information that our soldiers are dying. Today two militants were killed in encounter but we lost our soldiers, so talks with Pakistan at any level should be called off immediately,” he added.

At least two army jawans and two militants were killed in an encounter between security forces and militants in Laribal forest area of Handwara District of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday night. (ANI)
