(Siasat News) A meeting of Struggle and Action Committee was held at Mahboob Hussain Jigar Hall in Siasat office yesterday. It was presided over by comrade Nusrath Mohiuddin, President of INSAF organization. It was attended by Dr. Abdul Haque, Mr. Muneer Patel, Mr. Abdus Shafeeq Sharfan, Mr. Syed Ibrahim, Lt. Siddiqui, Mr. Mohammed Zaheer and many others. Nusrath Mohiuddin informed that a programme of action has been prepared by the action committee and dharna would be organized in front of the city centre of Urdu University or its main campus at Gachi Bowli very soon. In addition to this, the effigies of the concerned ministers would be burnt. Postcard campaign will also be launched. These postcards would be sent to P.M. UPA Chairperson, C.M. and concerned ministers. They would be informed about the irregularities in Urdu University.
Mr. Nusrath Mohiuddin told that despite continuous agitation, the posts sanctioned in eleventh plan have not yet been filled up. The illegal recruitments have also not been cancelled. He gave warning to the V.C. using harsh words that the management would have to face serious consequences if the demands of the Action committee are not fulfilled. Inspite of repeated demands, the posts of Registrar and Controller of exams are not being filled up. Ms. Amatul Khaliq, a candidate for the post of Principal at Model School or Urdu University told that deserving candidates are being neglected.
